These pilot terms explain how the Style@Home assisted home-trial visit works in our current Hyderabad service areas.

Trial Shortlist

Each customer-selected trial shortlist includes 3 to 6 curated baby and kidswear outfits from one Supplier. Available styles depend on current supplier inventory.

Trial Window and Payments

The MVP trial happens during one assisted home visit. A refundable Rs. 999 security deposit is collected before visit confirmation and is adjusted during final settlement. You pay only for the items you keep.

Returns and Damage

Unselected outfits return immediately with the Style@Home assistant after the trial visit. Returned items must be unused except for indoor size and fit checks, with tags intact. Damage, missing items, or unusable returns may attract charges under the 30% / 70% / 100% damage schedule in our Damage Policy.

Pilot Service Areas

The current pilot is available only in pincodes 500032, 500081, 500033, 500034, and 500089. We may decline or reschedule requests outside these areas.

Coordination

We use WhatsApp for trial visit coordination, support, payment status updates, return confirmation, and final settlement communication. Please provide a reachable primary WhatsApp number and backup mobile number.
